About Us
When It all Began
Mad Batter was born when Anne Gros was a young girl, learning to bake at her Grandmother's side. Her Grandmother taught her the old-fashioned skills of cooking and baking. She then shared those same time-honored traditions with her daughter and together the two became Mad Batter Bakery.
